Looks like you had some great food and fun @dandays. Love those chocolate straws, so cute. Do you find the fruit markets expensive? I bet you guys are loving all of the fresh fruits! Interesting the way they built the church in the center of the town and then everything else around it. With all of that green, it'll be amazing when the sun comes out! Have fun you two! :)

Prices. Actually, the produce here isn’t like California, it’s all seasonal here. Seasonal as in seasonal—something we had to get used to... “so you mean you can’t just buy strawberries every day?” 🤔 But, all in all, the produce here may be a little less but not by much and it depends what you’re buying. So, I’d say that by the time you get home, the prices are about the same as Los Angeles farmers markets. Happy Sunday at the bird house, I bet it smells yuuummmmmmy over there!
Every city is built around the church—big extravagant, Catholic churches right in the middle of every town/city we’ve been to. I don’t know if you’ve caught me saying it but this whole country shuts down on Sundays, too, even motorcycle shops and car dealers, interesting right? And, get this! The bank is open on Sunday.
