I;m a weirdo. I am a risk taker. I definitely find it weird that these statistics exist tbh. I think its not because im not scared too because I have anxiety and depression as ad or worse than others. And i screw up the interview usually because even tho i take those risks i dont have the confidence to fake it!! lol but then I haven't had very much management exp. Just at work with 2-3 people and on discord only because I started it, lol. But also I have a lot of ideas and passion. But i struggle with both self-care and delegation. Thankfully the people that are in #teamgirlpowa usually step up and keep things moving.
