Feedback is the information sent to an entity or individual about its prior behavior so that the individual may adjust its current and future behavior to achieve the desired result.
Why feedback is necessary in today’s world?
The more feedback you generate with small changes, the more conviction you can develop about the new strategy or product. Feedback gathering is not an easy task. You may have to push people again and again for the feedback just for the improvement. Initial feedback is more important before reaching out to the boarder base. A poor presentation to boarder base may have a negative impact and it will take time to improve the reputation.
For instance, the feedback, I have been gathering from you people help me understand the things, which I need to improve, and which need more of my attention. It’s not necessary to incorporate each and every feedback. One needs to ponder upon those which will be more fruitful in the long run. It’s a wise decision to prioritize the feedback loop.
Start from oneself, you can analyze and provide a feedback to yourself. How can you improve your day to day life and start making those little changes? A tiny drop of change in the right direction will definitely make your life more beautiful and cherishing.
