I bet it has something to do with the log-in key you are using.
There has been an attempt to stop people from using keys of higher authority than is required to do the job.
Perhaps you are using too high a key? I log in with my private posting key for normal use. I only use my active key to access my wallet (and now I do that by using keychain via steemworld.org).
I did eventually figure it out. It was to long of a post for my RC's to Handle. It seems that I am only allowed 4000 words and no pictures with my current RC's. So I did away with the picture and most of the story setup words and just posted the text.
WOW!!!!
I find it hard to believe that someone with a reputation of 61 could be low on RC. I understand the reasoning behind implementing the RC system, but I don't think it is doing any good. It might be best to simply abolish that idea. I'm sure all the new users would be thrilled to see it gone.
Yeah, I have almost 1500SP, I have seen some post that are able to do 8000+ words and pictures, (but they have a lot more SP than me), this just happened to be one of the biggest post I tried, a fiction story. So hopefully as my SP continues to grow I can post longer content when the mood hits. I did not until that post even think there was a limit on words associated with the RC's, and it could have just been a continuing glitch that day, but once I was under 4000 words it let me post, so not overly sure if that was the reason or not.
It simply is not easy to get a simple answer from anyone that has anything to do with the software behind steem. We have a ton of witnesses, a lot of developers, and no one that is able to give a straight answer to peoples questions.
They just say submit it through steem.chat or discord or through git hub. That is a very good support system. So I used steemitblog's most current post at the time to maybe get some answers as to why, as you can see the dev's are to busy to answer, and steemit inc is to busy to answer.
I still use steemit, I know a lot of people have left steemit for the other front ends, but since I do not see the ads I still use steemit, it is what I have gotten used to. Steemit as a front end is shooting themselves in the foot, and I think they are getting close to their knees to where they really won't be able to walk, and I hate to think of where they may shoot themselves after they take their knees out.

They do seem to be their own worst enemy, don't they? I too got used to Steemit and still use it for the most part. When steemWorld gets its editor going, that might change because I do trust it will be a superior editor. Funny how one guy can do so much, yet the entire steemit team keeps making things worse rather than better.

Good luck @bashadow!
