A new bitcoin faucet came up around the end of July. Many people have taken one look at the layout, which is common to other faucets, and assumed it would pay out just as low as the others, but I tried it, and it's turned out to be more profitable to me than any other pure faucet or PTC site so far (offerwalls don't count), despite the fact that I don't have many referrals on it.
Each day (it resets at around 0400 UTC), you have to do 3 shortlinks to unlock the faucet. I believe the fastest shortlinks are 1 by CutURLs, and 2 by Payskip. The 2 by fc.lc are pretty quick as well, in case one of the others is down.
After the 3 shortlinks, which doesn't take me more than 2 minutes, the main faucet is unlocked. It allows you to roll once every 20 minutes, and the only requirement is a single Solvemedia captcha. The minimum prize is 10 satoshis. However, if you were to calculate the expected value from the possible results, the actual expected value is around 17.5 satoshi.
Unlike other websites where the roll requirement for higher rewards is something like 1% (for example, if you need to roll 9900 out of 10000), on this faucet, you've got a 40% chance of getting at least 50% higher than the minimum reward of 10 satoshi.
I've already withdrawn over 12,000 satoshi from them, and can confirm they pay out. The minimum withdrawal right now is set at 500 satoshi, and the admin processes withdrawals within a day. (Mine are usually instantaneous.)
