I have 4 boys. 2->13 yo. You can do tons of research and go into analysis paralysis. But I believe the best knowledge is gained from just doing. Using common sense or just winging it when necessary. Realize there are going to be bad days where you're grumpy, you wife's grumpy and the baby is grumpy. You'll make mistakes...like changing a pee diaper then getting pee'd and poo'd on because you forgot to cover them up quick enough. The mistakes can make for some hilarious stories. I don't know you personally but the fact that you're thinking about it now tells me you'll do fine.
