No matter what rock of society you have found yourself clinging to, you will all know that it comes to a point were your rock can hold no more people.
Unlike when you first entered this new phase in life and you had everything to hope for - due to all the new perspectives you have been given - you now start to feel as if your rock has left you a we bit stranded
Sound familiar?
I may be wrong and this could all just be part of my own neurosis, but with all the good intentions happening right now there still seems to be an invisible barrier.
We have all ran into the wilderness in different direction and now we have all come to the same crossing point. A canyon with a broken bridge that would otherwise lead to a better place. The canyon stretches as far as the eye can see and while the terrain may vary slightly, at no point is it any less difficult to cross.
All who want for peace have reached the edge. Nobody has any desire to turn back now.
To look upon all who are ready to pass, we see that there are plenty of different groups, more than you would ever believe.
It also appears that each person, from each group, is holding a flag adorned with it's own crest. Most groups quickly realise that if they tie their flags together and weight the end with a large enough stone, they are able to cast their rope, over to the other side.
The distance is easily manageable,
as long as the rope is thrown with an angle of good intent.
But each group in-turn soon discovers one huge flaw in their own genius...
Not one of the groups, have enough flags to make a rope long enough.
Yes they could make the distance, but even with your toes on the edge of the cliff, you will still find all the ropes to be just out of reach.
Close, but close won't do.
Gandhi came close.
John Lennon almost made it over.
Shit, Joan of Arc gave it her best shot and she had the backing of the divine! And look what happened to all of them.
Close but no cigar, some might say.
But let's not look back in anger, shall we?
Looking again from afar, I see that the groups are only separated from one another by a spiky looking bush.
No doubt is ever conceived that it wouldn't be easy to pass, just as long as you don't mind feeling a prick.
Unfortunately so far, it seems that, although, all of the groups have announced themselves, they all want the other to cross the barrier and take the punishment.
So for now we call to one another through the barrier, picking away at individual thorns.
One thorn picked and another soon grows in its place. This is I.S. the way of the world now.
We stand divided, by nothing but a short sharp shock, yet nobody is willing. No group has crossed any barrier and our tactics remain the same.
Pick one, grow one. Pick one, grow one and so on, until it is too late and we are all pushed over the edge by a synthetic cloud.
Lost forever our opportunity missed.
Behind walls of suspicion and misplaced defeat.
To waste this moment will seal our fate.
The world will spin faster, less dragged by our burden.
What's left will burn, in Rome's great gaze
consuming itself with intolerance
For one can not survive without the other.
A child will never be born, by a robot and its lover.
A sister, a brother can always be born.
But that's not what is required.
Listen to the man, haven't you heard?
God's now 5G wired!
To the dark web he's gone, the lord, #anon.
We have forsaken our sisters, our brothers, our mothers.
All for what? 30 minute lovers and handshakes between dark robed satanic half-brothers.
Not in my name.
Captain?! Have we lost worth? Is there no point?
Fire sale! Fire sale!
We're drifting to sea. Our sails have burned out!
No more 'Black friday's' the sales have been washed away by micro-bead waves.
So sad to see, at just £50 pound an hour and a hard scrub shower,
You would sell your soul and relinquish so much.
Through our ignorance will be Earths last turn.
Frozen in time at a point of doomed brilliance
in a grave signed simply
Will of the People...

This is phenomenal. Also, love the pink floyd reference. (short sharp shock)
Phenomenal! Man, that is some compliment to receive, thank you. Very glad you enjoyed it.
Loved it. I was just thinking about writing some simular, but more focused how this soon we are facing, it actually the best motivator. Many of us were too comfortable to move, till we saw the world as we know it, could end in our life time. That being said, I'm still learning to be a better writer, so u don't think it will come out as well.
You writing does not matter to me bud. I wrote a very positive post the other day and I still got a guy make a comment about my bad spelling/punctuation, it's very belittling and unnecessary. Your writing will improve and if your post has heart then good people will see that. My writing has improved so much, just through perseverance. I was asked to write for steemit education but only one has passed their strict rules(rightfully so as it is educational) That does not mean I have to stop writing about educational subject and that should be the same for you. Write what you want and enjoy it for what it is. Try to improve for yourself and you will get there. Maybe you should write a post about this subject and your experience/struggle with it. I would certainly be interested in a post like that. But that is my view and you will have your own path. Good luck my friend, you have 1 more follower.
Thank you very much, that makes me feel a lot better lol. Also thank you for the follow, I do have a article I did write a while back if you missed it, but it's a really rough one. I'll have more writing soon ish.
I will take a look later this evening as my daughter is home for the night. Family time!(Once she gets off her phone :)
aoesome writing dear...
