Fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam. In the holy month of Ramadan, Allah Almighty fasted on fasting all Muslim Muslims. If you keep fasting for many people, health becomes bad. But Allah Ta'ala made fasting obligatory for the benefit of His servants. Let's know some of the benefits of fasting according to health sciences.

  1. For the obese person:
    Many people suffer from problems due to excessive food intake. Therefore, Islam does not favor the adoption of excess food. Extra feeding causes excess fat to accumulate in the body, resulting in abnormal fat, which inhibits normal life. Extra fat can be deposited in the heart below the skin, the vein belly and even the heart. As a result, normal blood can not flow in the blood vessel.   2. Fasting is useful for high blood pressure, heart disease, and asthma patients

Fasting keeps the mind uncomfortable and anxiety decreases, attention to work increases, it is very good for high blood pressure patients. Fasting is also quite beneficial for most asthmatics.
  3. Fasting for diabetes patient
    It is very important for people with diabetes who want to control diabetes. However, it should be ensured that hypoglycemia is not done. Those who have received more insulin for more than 2 times, it is best to fast for a doctor's advice.
  4. Fasting for ulcer patients
    It is often seen that patients with ulcers have been well-advised to keep fast. Some people may have problems. However, fasting for them depends on practice.
  5. Fasting reduces smoking
    We know smoking is harmful for health. It is said in the present age everyone knows. Long before the discovery of science, Islam forbade smoking. Lung cancer can be caused by smoking. Those people will be able to refrain from fasting. It may be said that Ramjan month is the best time to quit smoking.
    According to health researchers, consumption of extra food, inedible, adulterated food throughout the year is due to our biological poisoning. It's deadly harmful for the body. If we fast for a full month, then these poisons will be removed from the body. Our body will be screw-free All these things will be followed by the command of Allah Almighty, and Allah Almighty will forgive us.
