Day 3 of fasting....

Okay so in the AM I was in almost 70 hours. Man did I feel bad. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. I woke up nauseated and dry heaving. Talked to a few people in my clean eating group and they said eat. Since I did have to go to work and be able to deal with people I made less than a cup of oatmeal. That filled me up. Took a while for my body to adjust thought. Had some black coffee and for lunch I had a small cup of turkey chili and a salad. For dinner I made zucchini enchiladas which were amazing!!! I haven’t had a carb, my willpower is up and I can’t wait to attempt fasting again for 5-7 days.

For now I’ll just be clean eating, yoga, and running.

P.s. I have lost 8 pounds in 4 days! Water weight most likely!
