US Office Fans Have Obviously Turned Storm Toby Into A Meme

The US Office’s saddest character, Toby Flenderson, receives endless discouragement, rage and condescension from the show’s Michael Scott.
Luckily for us, this results in the storm hitting America receiving a backlash of “Michael Scott-hates-Toby” related posts, letting us laugh (with a hint of that guilt) at Toby all over again.
