An intelligent, quiet woman with poor health became another victim of the juvenile system.
Elena raised her children alone (she was divorced) giving them traditional values. She is an Orthodox Christian, she did not allow mindless watching of TV, she strictly limited the content, the boys had push-button phones. So the mother did her best to protect her kids from bad influence of social nets and Internet.
But the school demanded that children had to use internet and smartphones.
Why?
Because it's a part of modern education and digitalization!
At first kids took smartphones as a way to make home task, in some days they were already playing games. Mom was at work till the evening, and it's almost impossible to control teenagers with Internet when they are alone at home.
First the older boy became addicted to gambling, then the younger one. Timofey and Fedor developed a gaming addiction to computer games.
The father did not interfere with their games, and the mother could not cope with two teenagers alone.
The father decided to send the children to the Moscow shelter; he himself wrote an application to place the children there. They were happy to get new kids (we all know why) and they even didn't pay attention at mother's protests.
The shelter workers and guardians don’t care about the mother.
Moreover, they have filed a lawsuit to limit Elena’s parental rights.
Moreover, they simply don't allow the mother to visit kids and to be with them without control!
A few days ago an absolutely outrageous incident occurred.
Both children (11 and 15 years old) were vaccinated not only without their parents’ permission, but they were not even informed about it!
This is a gross violation of the law!
Elena has social family protectors, so an appeal to the Prosecutor's Office will be written in some days, and if they do not receive an adequate response, they will go to court.
The court hearing in the case of restriction of rights will take place on July 25.
Most likely, the vaccines are a requirement to be in that shelter.
Similar tragedies happen in public schools where children are now exposed to pornographic material.
That is why homeschooling is trending.
yeah, I think you're right, it's organisation demands, but it's not a reason to make vaccination without parent agreement. Unvaccinated kids do have a right to be in kindergartens, schools and in other kids organisations. But sometimes parents fight for it...
But most people don't learn the lessons as well as the system. When public organizations get into trouble, some may back out, but others use their lawyers to include those requirements in the fine print people sign before receiving their services. Yes, those documents we are used to sign without reading.

Illegal actions should be punished
It is sad that the father did not fulfill his duties to his children. It is exemplary of why parents should be careful of the wedding of their sons and daughters to be sure they will have good husbands and wives that defend their families. Where families have not maintained this practice of defending their families from their enemies, those enemies that have purchased power in agencies and corporations will do them harm in every way they can.
Across history the enemies of good people have similarly committed every crime that can be imagined, and have again gained the power to commit them anew.
Nothing we do can be of benefit to our posterity if we do not protect them from their enemies, from our enemies. It is certain we have such enemies and this can be affirmed by merely scanning the headlines that report the pogroms, war, and slaughter of good, innocent people everywhere.

yeah, it's sad that family is broken at first from the point of view of marriage, and now - of parenthood. Poor mother is attacked by CPS and she has to fight alone.
It's a great pity that many people take so easy their marriage and kids birth. They seem to play this life, not to live it. But mistakes can't be corrected in most cases, and when we fail, it can be a fatal case, just like in this case.
