ORPHANAGES PROMOTE NOT NATIVE PARENTS BUT FOSTER FAMILIES

When we face juvenile justice system, it appears that its outrage touches not only CPS actions, but orphanage activity as well.
They were always side by side and had the same goals.

I've read some news about the story I posted some days ago.

First of all, all kids were taken away from the family. The eldest girl is in the orphanage, and the rest 3 kids are in hospital now.
And CPS use this fact against parents - why are your kids sick??

What? Only kids in families can be sick? In orphanages they are always healthy and happy?

The father tried to visit his eldest daughter.
He wasn't let to do it!
And the head said: "I was said not to let you come in".

But still Dad gt info what was happening inside.

1. Help Line is widely used and kids are made to use it.
   They create ads of such phone numbers which can solve all problems of poor kids.
   If kids reject, orphanage stuff make long conversations and explain how it's necessary to tell about problems with "specialists".

2. Foster families are claimed as salvation and happiness
   Kids are being prepared to go there, not to native parents who are in most cases alive and just have temporary problems or just being attacked by CPS.

The officials site of this orphanage even doesn't hide this goal and directions of development. They say about "development of foster family life for kids who are left without parents care".
