MORE ILLEGAL SCHOOL NEWS

News from schools.

Now schools don't want to have responsibility for kids health.
Society, CPS, authorities and all the rest make everything possible to make kids go to school and to be a part of the common educational system.
Most people foolow common rules and lead kids there with a great hope to receive good education, knowledge and.... safety, of course.

Kids spend at school 3-6 hours (depending on the age), and all this time teachers take responsibility for them.
Even when I was a pupil, I heard words from our teachers: "Please, no accidents in school walls. You can go out and do what you want, there we don't have responsibility for your health."
But it was 20 years ago.

Now schools don't want to take care of kids health at all and .... they make parents sign a paper that they allow schools to do it! They don't reject that educational organisations where their kids spend the whole day, don't have any responsibility for them!

Now according to the rules parents even can't enter schools.
It's connected with high terroristic risks. So parents are supposed to be enemies for their own kids?!
Nevertheless, it's truth, and parents don't enter schools now.
So they lead kids to school walls and ....that's it!
And schools don't have responsibility for kids!

If parents reject to sign this paper, the kid won't be allowed to go out from the classroom during all his lessons (3-6 hours!!). Even to WC!

It's illegal!

The school is obliged to create safe conditions for the education and upbringing of students, ensuring the life and health of students throughout its territory and is responsible for failure to fulfill this function.
And keeping a child in the classroom is an arbitrary action, violation of sanitary rules and abuse of power.

Sort:

Get your kids out of both schools, and doctor's offices. They are not safe in either of them.

The school is like a prison, without even visitation rights. They could be indoctrinating children with awful things, parents would never know. Sickening.

This is not only illegal but also unethical. Generally children spend more time in school than at home, so the school administration must take responsibility for their health. I don't understand how they could even impose such rule.

yeah. looks like a wild fantasy, chimera ... until you are well acquainted with Russian local realities...

If enough parents don't sign then the schools will have to ensure kids can use normal facilities as they should - or parents will not be able to sent their kids to the school, and that will force homeschooling to be lawful.

They can't get away with this, and I wouldn't let them take my kids where I wasn't allowed to go. I have the primary responsibility for their safety, and cannot lawfully abandon it so the schools can indoctrinate my kids. It's just a fact that I am the parent, and cannot fail to be responsible for my personal family, therefore I must have the authority to go where my kids go.

Thanks!

That was obvious consequence for me, even before I got to the end of the text. I wish all of the parents (not one, not two, but all 30 of the full class) did not sign this paper but instead instructed their kids TO PISS ON THE CLASS FLOOR every 45 minutes - and of course refuse to clean the floor cause they are students, not cleaners; on another hand I wish all of the class parents sign a paper addressed to RONO - accusing the school of neglect, child abuse, misconduct, and the seven deadly sins (and preferably repeat it on a regular basis until the school changes its attitude).

If attending school is associated with a high risk of terrorism, is that what the document asks you to sign? - you would theoretically not need to send your child to school. Strange thing. ...

When I first read it superficially, I just thought: So what? Nowhere is it guaranteed and safe. Do parents want cameras, automatically locking doors and security staff everywhere? Is this how children should go to school? If not - and the school, or whoever is the authority responsible for your district - thought that instead of cameras and security staff, they would simply leave the parents outside the school grounds, that might be the end of it, because no other adults pretending to be parents would be able to come in. But that's just a spontaneous thought. Who knows for sure. Have you checked with someone at the school who can provide information about what is actually meant?

In any case, we see this all over the world and everywhere: entrances are checked, bags are searched, at events, etc.
