I got good news for you. The baby boy is back with his parents, but unfortunately the fight is not over. It is only because Marissa and Levi agreed to a measure of state oversight and intrusion. This only mean that if CPS go through all their appointments and they decide that they don’t agree with something, they can take custody of him again.

The adjudication hearing is on April 8th.
This miracle only came about through the constant unceasing prayers and support of the community.

During my research I came across the following tragic story where a mother lost her baby. Although this happen years ago, it gripped me at my heart as there was no happy ending here.

Danielle Hines from Riverside, California was 6 and a half months pregnant.

During her visit to the doctor to determine if it was a boy or a girl, she received bad news. The doctors informed her that her daughter Hayden will be born with a severe heart defect. They advised her to get an abortion. Daniel simply refused and was determined to continue with the pregnancy. A second doctor advised her to get an abortion in the following words:

Oh sweetie, your baby has a bad heart. I will get the abortion paperwork started for you. No child should be born with this, it is not conducive for life.

Danielle refused both times, choosing life for her unborn baby girl. When the baby was born, things were not easy for her. She was a single mother with four children. There were 17 different medications she had to keep up with. She handled everything for 2 months. She even attended medical classes to learn to best take care of her baby.

But before the baby was two months old. the CPS (child protection services) took the baby away from Danielle.
Instead of offering practical help and support a concerned friend call CPS ( Child protection service) and they took the baby away from Danielle.

This CPS Child protection service is not what they pretend to be. They are mean evil wolves who have no feeling for a child or a parent. It's all about the money. They get paid to kidnap children.

They are part of the Department of Family and Child Services (DCFS).

What happened exactly was that a social worker showed up and simply made a decision that the baby Hayden will be better cared for by a mom and a dad, placing her in a Foster home.

The warrant for removal states that the “circumstances of the minor’s home environment may endanger the health, person, or welfare of the minor.”But it wasn’t in her own home that Hayden suffered; it was in the foster home.

This is where everything started to go wrong. Hayden was placed in a foster home with a mother and father with 5 children. Though she was somewhat trained in caring for special needs children, her husband was not.
A day after Danielle's baby was medically abducted. The foster mother's father passed away. Although she received training to care for children with special needs, her husband was completely incapable of doing so. Nevertheless, she left Hayden with her husband.

Danielle was shocked of the treatment and condition she found her baby.
During her supervised visit Danielle asked the foster father out about the formula he was supposed to give to her.

Danielle was horrified at what she says she found when she was able to have a supervised visit with her baby. (The first visit was cancelled by the foster family.) No one had bothered to ask the mother about any allergies, and the foster parents had been applying lotions and creams that Hayden was allergic to. Hayden’s vagina was “swollen, purple and bloody.”
The foster father had also allegedly been feeding spoiled milk to Hayden.
During the visit, Danielle asked about the formula that he was going to give the baby in her gastrointestinal tube bag. She wanted to know why there was so much milk in the bag. He said it was because they feed her from that for 24 hours. Danielle asked how it was refrigerated.
In front of the social worker supervisor, he admitted that he didn’t realize that the formula had to be refrigerated, and that they didn’t warm it for feeding. So the baby had been receiving spoiled milk for the past 5 days.

A week later at the court hearing, lots of lies and false accusations was made against Danielle by CPS and their representatives.

However, in Danielle’s case, the accusations were too absurd to be ignored. Social workers reportedly told the judge that she did not want her son and wanted him placed for adoption because “it was too much to care for him.” (emphasis added)Danielle spoke up politely and informed the judge that Hayden is “a beautiful baby girl,” who was very much wanted. (emphasis added)With that pronouncement combined with the foster parents’ admission of feeding Hayden spoiled milk, the judge immediately placed physical custody of Hayden back with her mother.

Unfortunately Danielle did not had any medical rights.The doctors made it clear to her that the state had all the medical rights and not her.
After she got her baby back, she noticed that the foster parents removed the feeding tube which was also a tube to give her medicines. She took her baby back to hospital to get the tubes inserted again. The hospital’s also gave little Hayden 6 vaccines at once which she could not refused out of fear that CPS will also come after her other children.
By now Hayden's condition deteriorated so much that she had a heart attack.

Hayden also started bleeding and one of the doctors was so sadistic, telling her that she might as well say goodbye to her child. Nevertheless, they were able to get the bleeding back under control.
But the damage was already done.
Danielle just had to stand and watch doctors repeatedly inject epinephrine directly into her little child's heart. She couldn't stand it longer and realized her little girl was being used as a guinea pig.
She realized that her baby was dying.
She stop all the interventions except the pain medications.
After 2 hours Hayden passed away.

It breaks my heart. No mother should ever go through what this mother endured.

It is a tragic reality in the United States that children who are wards of the state may be legally used as medical lab rats, and be parts of medical research and drug studies without the parents’ knowledge or consent.
