Abridged Steps To Lose Your Child For Dummies.

We got an Anonymous tip

  This statement is one of CPS's proud language and excuse to infiltrate a family, it is actually one of their strongest tools and this is so because most of the presumed abuse reports come from an Anonymous tip. The report itself isn't what is bad though, I have no problem if an actual abuse was called in by a passerby or a neighbor. Where I get pretty pissed of is when a call is made concerning a child who is playing in an open garden, when the mother was pretty a stone throw away from the child. You would be amazed at how trivia things can bring the CPS into your home. Well, this first paragraph was pretty much for trivia issues. Let's dig in a bit further, shall we?.

For instance, If I ever called to report a crime committed and I refuse to testify or give my name, the police dismisses my account as unreliable and can not make any arrest based on such unfounded report I have given. The irony is, this is what the CPS hungers to hear, the CPS works with "anonymous" and thousands of families have gone down the shattering experiences of destruction on unfounded reports. 

Things Like This Happens

Your kids were having a chase, an hide and seek game within the premise of your compound, one wanders into the compound of your neighbor and messes up your neighbor's flower garden. You scold the child and ask him to apologize to Mrs. YY, he does as you have said.  You get to apologize remorsefully to your neighbor and it dies down for that moment. You even promise to come over the next day to salvage and keep the garden neat for her.

The next morning you get a knock on your door, a caseworker without a warrant says they got an anonymous call that your kids where in danger, innocently you let them in. How would you have known that the light bush bruise he sustained when having a time with his friends would have mattered so much?. Your neighbor family disciplinary CPS on you. Kind Madam Social worker assures you nothing is wrong, she even makes you smile with some jokes and tells you your kids are really cute. 

A few days pass and you were rest assured everything was settled, a few days later, the caseworker is at your door with two police officers, and you are coerced and threatened to let them take your kids into protective custody. You are speechless and angry about what had happened, you never knew you had to ask for a warrant. You were a naive caring mother who never knew that the CPS are not what they say they are, you are now a bit wise but it was already too late. 

You might be allowed an hour or two hours visit a week while your kids are under protective custody, after you have had a court hearing where you are appointed a buggy attorney who silently watches and act inactively through your hearing, while your caseworker spews up lies and exaggerate all reports in black and white falsehood. You were not wise enough yet, you trusted the lawyer was representing you, but now you've come to know he isn't but it was too late already, you've lost the shelter hearing. 

Your attorney simply tells you to plead guilty in order to get your child back quickly. All your rights are trampled on, you are given no opportunity to talk nor to hear you out. You innocently plead guilty and you are ready to do anything in the world to get your child back. Mind you, your attorney just wants to be done with your case as soon as he can, he needs his pay from the same people who are your enemy in court. You take a plea, plea for what?. Why take a plea when you are not guilty!, you have been sugar coated by the words of your buggy appointed attorney. You are in for the race of your life. 

You Throw Away Your Rights To Your Child

You begin to sign papers to accept services made available by CPS and you keep at it, doing all you have been required to do. You get advice from some parents who had been where you are, but you are too in pain to hear them out, you are scared you might never see your children if you don't """COOPERATE""" . 

All this while, your child is under custody, being brainwashed, mentally abused. You keep going for review hearing in the court, where more lies are heaped against you. The services you signed to do never stops. You can no longer take it, you have become financially drained. All this while, you pay cash to see your own children, your own children. God help you.....  Your appointed attorney acts "dumb" all through the hearings you attend, your case gets to a "termination hearing" even after completing all that has been asked of you. You cry aloud, but no one comes to your aid, all your rights to fair hearing and to be represented by a great defender has been trampled upon. You've been deceived, tricked, and out played by the people who hide behind a slogan soaked in bloody lies:

All in the best interest of the child

Too Late 

You can't believe you wont see your child anymore, how could a garden problem lead to your child being removed from you, you ask?. It wasn't the garden that took your child, your neighbor did that the moment she called them, the moment you let them in without a warrant, the moment you continued using that buggy lawyer, the moment you plea, the moment you were pushed into the corner by these people who act disguise themselves as CPS. That was how you lost, were you to blame?, you beat yourself over this everyday, your child may never be seen again. 

Now you are wise, very wise and informed, but it was too late, the head already rolled off your neck.
This is the standard route many parents have gone through, and this narrative is no narrative, it has happened, more trivia matters like this will keep coming up. I hope parents and others step out from the dark and uninformed state that plagues us all.
