It breaks my heart to read stories like these. It also angers my heart to see folk have to put up with the BS factor. There is already enough of that in this world, why create more. Yet the Social Services are experts at creating unnecessary BS in people's lives. Shame on Ivy. Why can't people give others a chance. Kudos to the impersonation of the lawyer. I just wish folks would make it easier on others. But I have to keep reminding myself this is their heartless business model.
