In my country the schooling system is unduely controlled by the government, now there are racial quotas placed on the schools and the beginning of this school year there was thousands of students that were unplaced and last I heard it was still like that in February.

Not to mention that they are constantly lowering the pass rate on maths and other technical subjects just to pass students from the pan into the fire.

Be glad you are not in South Africa, where freedom has eroded to the point where a dictatorial regime is now in it's infancy
