Thanks for picking up on that. I talk a big game at the beginning, but I find I can be super upbeat and fun once they believe I'm serious about one thing: them succeeding.
I don't want to turn this into a political debate. However, I believe that allowing the government to control the education system contributes to students becoming unsuccessful.
