Is Scandinavia corruption-free? I doubt it, but I guess its less than many other places. But the real problem here is the humongous WASTE of taxpayer money. There is a facebook-page pointing at all the tax-wasting in Norway, and boy there are some insane sums going to some insane projects. I cannot believe theres not corruption involved in it. Some 2 million $ to a girls cops in Bosnia. 5 million $ to fight patriarchy in Belarus. 1 million $ to retarded science-projects like "is it nice to touch wool" I just wrote a small article on hopeless science projects in Norway.
