Is it possible to create a database or a reliable tool where we can examine the credibility of a piece of information?

The negative consequences of misinformation and ‘fake news’ directly affects the lives of millions of people all over the world. The involvement of misinformation in the form of “news” in America, the French election, Brexit and other critical events in America and Europe, are some examples that confirm its vast influence worldwide.
