The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.

  • If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.

  • It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.

  • 30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.

  • I will award 1 SBD to each person who reaches every 10,000 rep milestone. So far, 6 SBD have been paid out.

My Daily Challenge Completed - 105 reps:

-75 Push-ups
-30 Air Squats

My Daily Assessment:

Went back to my apartment but was there for an hour before getting called to hurry back to my parents' house. More push-ups for now with a few squats since my chest/tris are sore.

Feedback from @mightpossibly:

"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."

Hah, I was expecting a puppy. My first dog was a German Shepard named Duke. That is a serious security feature in your home. A man's dog to match the man's beard.

lol yeah, definitely doesn't look the part of a puppy so to speak! But he's just over a year old... even though he's pushing 80 lbs now, he's still a pup haha

Of course when we go running, it's barely a trot for him, so we get done and he's like, "Alright, time for a run!" jumping all over the place and getting amped up. I can't wait for a piece of land that he can just sprint around in. We currently live in an apartment, and the twice a day run/walks aren't nearly enough for him.

Welcome back to the show. Modeling does not count as reps for fitness, but definitely will help your dating game...

@steemmatt - hang in there bro. It's hard. You're a good son.

Thanks a lot. Such simple words, yet worth their weight in gold.

Thank you for welcoming me :) I realize I have to be better organized (I completed yesterday, but didn’t report). But I guess the most important thing is to perform..

wow amazing @steemmatt, thanks for the information, because my dad lacks sports, so i can apply it to my dad
