Sadly, you're very correct. There is an ongoing deception in the Christian circle but it is not surprising for scripture warned of these days. Discernment is really needed these days. That is why it is important, that everyone claiming to follow Christ have a personal relationship with Him. Gone are the days we needed to go through human priests. The veil has been torn and we have been granted access to come in. Sadly, most Christians are just too lazy to put in any effort and would rather just follow a man instead.
