You're kidding right?!
If that's true, the beer is dispatched in uncarbonated form, similar to what is found in beer canisters, used in bars for tap beer.
I am not sure in what form it arrived @dek. But here is something else. A heavy metal music festival also installed a beer pipeline: http://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/wacken-open-air-festival-beer-pipeline
There have been also some milk pipelines in the Netherlands between an island an the mainland.
Interesting!
There must either be a lot of cows on that island or kids, which require milk.
It's not the only project in Germany.
Wacken also get's supplied by a huge pipeline now, but it's underground:

Cool :))
Yeah, i wonder if the beer is cold when it arrives :D
