It's the last day of the season!
Try to get you rank up by the end of the day to win more reward cards.
It sure has been a tough Season this time on Steem Monsters.
Nobody has managed to reach the highest rank of Champion I this season (the number #1 is currently 200 points of).
I can't remember that ever happening before.
Therefor nobody will win the full 150 reward cards this time around.
My personal result: I reached Champions III.
It makes me eligible for 80 reward cards which is still pretty decent!
Hopefully the pack opening will be as good as the reward cards I earned yesterday:
Around $6 worth of cards for a daily quest, I say that's not bad!

I feel like I've been struggling in diamond. I just made diamond two with a level 5/6 life deck. Based on what you're saying I've got no chance of going higher.
I've concluded the real challenge in SM is levelling up through trading cards while spending as little as possible. The games themselves pose little challlenge - all I see is maths, maths and a bit of luck!
I'd love to see the equations running in real time!

The chance you get a higher ranking without a maxed deck is slim.
Personally, I think the real value is in participating in tournaments imho, and not so much the ranking system. Ranking is more like practise. I still enjoy it though :)
Oh yes, it is fun.... it's quite nice to be able to play a game that's also an investment too.
I've yet to check out the tournaments, the last time I did the timings just weren't convenient. Maybe in the future!

I use the Goblin Mech in some of the higher mana battles. I like it, surprised to see it going for $0.04 in the market, I suppose that's over supply but maybe when there's less on sale, it will go for more?
Higher mana battles it could be and I assume your using it as a tank?

I agree, it has been really rough this season for some reason. Usually I can make it to the middle of the Diamond Tier and even push Diamond 1 at least once to get the rewards. This season I have been bouncing back and forth between Gold 1 and Diamond 3. It has been pretty rough. I usually just try to do my daily quests though and I don't grind for rank that much. If I did, I might be able to get a little higher.
Seems like a lot of bots are running the best min/max teams. I see a lot of Life splinter teams...

Time to rock the season end
Got to the crystal league but that seems to be my limit. Haven't had a Sacred Unicorn yet, would be nice to get one in my end of season reward cards.
The values don't mean a lot. They only count if there's a buyer willing to pay that price. Still nice to get something that does have some value and could be worth more in the future.
What a great grab! I got to Champions III but decided not to play anymore after achieving the Division because it was definitely a grind this time around! They have done a good job balancing the game so far!
