First experience in previous work until present: Expressing the feelings of being first time

After my graduation on the college April 2011 a week later I went to the place of my ex-girlfriend at Cagayan de Oro City two hours travel from Iligan to Cagayan De Oro, when I was on my ex-girlfriend place I heard from her neighbor that there was job hiring I was hurried creating my resume without hesitation knowing that what kind of job will be my first experience. The company that I was applying was MEGA MATRIX SECURITY INCORPORTED, day of my first interview I was very tense I can’t my hand was shaking and it was really cold I was very nervous at that time when the interview start three of the interviewers ‘H.R Manager, Operation Manager and Operation Supervisor’ asking many question to me and it was really hard to me to answer those questions at that time I fell my world is going to empty but unfortunately with the help of god and my determination to pass the interview I was hired as an administrative officer with multitasking task on May 2, 2011.

My first day of work:

1. I fell again nervous while in training time it was a big day to me hard to catch up those lessons.
2. Many questions about the job that I cannot absorb immediately while listening those topics discuss on to me.
3. I prayed a quick day so that I can breath and feel the world.

First i was so nervous of my first task because it handles people, paper works and others beyond task description given to my above officer where i never been experience during my college life or my previous work while I am schooling. It's really messy and hard to catch those given task in the very beginning even my life maybe sacrifice for the sake of safety and honor of duties. In this occupation, you might create and lead an organization's security strategies and programs.

As a security officer, you'll oversee security policies needed to protect a company's assets. In this position, you'll perform both administrative and managerial duties. You'll typically be in charge of a security team. As a officer, you could develop a budget for security operations, which include the equipment your security personnel employ. When necessary, you'll act as the company's liaison with law enforcement.

After 1 year and 8 months in service I applied again in other company which is the EXCEL QUALITY INCORPORATED as Operation Supervisor ‘outsourcing company’ again its start with submitting the resume, initial interviews and exams. When I was hired on February 1, 2013 I hurried submit resignation letter given the due process of before parted the company I was excited and nervous to my upcoming new job and given job description.

My first day of work:

Again it was very hardship time because I never been in training or train by my college or officer in charge in the area what to do in the job given to me, all it was my ideas how to handle things pressured work such handling again people with deference altitude, problem solving and etc. My first week of work was very messy and very hard to handle the job because i have no knowledge at all, but because I am seeking for a new experience higher goals in my life and especially higher salary to this job with also the help of god and love of passion to the work I learned and deliver my work simultaneously, correctly and properly manner. Those ideas skills that i have was from my previous experience in my previous work, I was very thankful that I earned my experience and skills thought my fate and hardship.

Another challenge in my life a task where again handling people, this is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 48 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Again after 2 years and 4 months of worked at E.Q.I I applied at Mega Mitch Financial Resource Corporation (financial institution) which I was hired on March 1, 2016. Starts again in the beginning submit resume, exams and interview but this time when I was applying interviewed by each interviewer I fell some nervous but not likely from my previous experience when I was interview. I felt at ease a kind of a feeling that you mastered the beginning or procedure of applying the job.

This time I'm on it seeking a new experience that will share to you next time. I hope this small sharing of my life may help also to express your feeling when your in the first time of the job.
