I'm reminded of the conversation we had in class a month or so ago where we talked about how back in like, the 1990s people would come to philanthropists and pitch their projects or talk about their needs. This, as opposed to today where "philanthropists" want to know what they're "investing" in in a project. So while I would totally be thrilled with supporting grassroots organizations' programs, if they were to come to us (or whoever has this absurd amount of money) and explain what they're doing and what they would do with it, that would be sufficient for me. I'm interested in how you would approach it though!
