I do not like this experiment and I think overall it's really messing with morale. Bad idea to not consider content value in downvoting, and payouts, very bad idea.

Golos is at the stage steemit was last summer, and the coin is cheap enough to make powering up and becoming a whale easier.
Also it's nice to take a break somewhere where people arn't at each others throats all the time.
