To fall asleep immediately is my eternal problem. I can not fall asleep quickly, as many people do. But I do not want to use harmonics either. Experiments over my body frighten me. @cristi

Work-out for at least 45 minutes in the evening and your body will get tired. In most cases you will be able to get some sleep. And consult a doctor, self-experimenting is not for everyone.
