In this quick video I I discuss about alpha lipoic acid and its impact on my blood glucose and blood ketones.
My thoughts are not entirely, but partially correct. Why? Because I only control for a limited number of variables.
Plus the formulation of ALA also contains biotin and chromium, both of which are known to impact blood glucose levels. However, it is very likely I'm going to test ALA in isolation because I got a form of it that only contains ALA and nothing else. It contains a more bioavailable form of ALA, which is R-ALA.
Until then, here are my current thoughts.
