Hi guys, today's weather was hazy at 28 degree celsius due to draught season. I ran 5km at the park near my place. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.

I had plans to run today, but rain pours and pours intermittently.
I do not like to run through the puddles.
Thats the worst part about running outdoor.🤣🤣
