Those who lack the courage will always find a philosophy to justify it. (Albert Camus)

We can all come up with excuses for why we don't do things and why we are not moving, why we don't exercise, and why we keep eating all that junk-food. Not only do we come up with excuses, but we also justify it by saying things like "I don't have time to exercise", "with my busy lifestyle there is no time left to exercise", and so much more. In other words, we come up with arguments, excuses, and the support it with our own philosophy.

But, in the end, nobody really cares about your arguments or your philosophy or about your excuses. You might have had plenty of reasons not to exercise and not to eat healthy, and they might all be valid, but it will not help you as you get sick or experience other trouble due to an unhealthy lifestyle.

So, don't try to support your own arguments and excuses with your own philosophy, but find out what is the right thing to do, and create a philosophy that will support and help you move in the right direction.
