The teatox consists of a 14-day tea plan or 28. The tea must be drunk once in the morning and once at night. In my opinion, the tea doesn't taste great, however, after a few cups you soon get used to it. This comes with a warning...... there is a small amount of laxative in the tea bag so you are likely to be on the toilet more than you think.
