Weight loss and training often go together with healthy eating, but you may have an easier time fitting in a salad than hitting the treadmill to shed the pounds.

In the summer, it may be very uncomfortable to exercise because you are sweating profusely, and in the winter, you may be looking to get comfortable with a blanket and hot chocolate as the snow is falling outside.

According to a new report, weight loss and training go well together, but you have to be motivated to work out. Running around outside while it is cooler is much better than running around when it is hot and sunny.

When it comes to eating healthy, fall is a great influence because of the many fall colors, such as pears, apples and roasted veggies. Plus, fall is all about the slow cooker, so you can try out some healthy dishes with a new cooking techniques.

Plus, running and races are indeed during the cooler fall months, so make sure you are ready for these races. Sometimes, it can take you a while to get strong for the race, so start training during the later summer months.

The gym is also less busy during the fall months, as people are running outside or are not getting back into the gym routine after coming home from vacation. People tend to hog the gym as part of their New Years resolutions, but during the fall months, people are staying at home, watching football and planning on Thanksgiving.
