Go for a walk, stretch, or do yoga – relax and do whatever movement feels good for you today. 🧘♀️ If your muscles are aching, take an Epsom salt bath. Just add 2 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath and soak for 10-20 minutes. 🛀
