Here are the best home bodyweight workouts that you can do while doing and earning on Steemit:
Push-ups
the most famous home workout. Great exercise to add size to your chest and triceps.
Squats
another great exercise to build your legs and glutes (ass).
Sit-ups and planks
an exercise to strengthen your core and show your abs
Burpees
this one is hard to do but most rewarding because it works out your whole body
