The other thing that I love about this workout is that it is SUPER FUNCTIONAL! Like, the muscle you build is actually useful to real life activities, and it gets built in a balanced way.

You get shown very quickly where you are weakest, because you get sore in places you didn't even know existed. And then you get stronger!
