Squats are one of the best exercises to get strong and slim, but only if you do them correctly. So, before you start with another repetition, make sure you don't make these classic mistakes:

Unfortunately, when your knees move toward each other during squat, you may be over-pressing the ligaments in your knees, which can lead to injury. But, correcting this mistake is not as simple as being willing to get your knees right. You need to strengthen your inner and outer thighs a lot.
Your back, naturally, is shaped like a light S. If you don't have enough lumbar strength, it's easy to bend your back even more when doing squats. To strengthen your lower back, we recommend that you use dumbbells for dead weight.
If you don't complete the exercise by doing all of its full motion, you won't make your buttocks and upper hamstrings work. Basically, you're not gonna get better buttocks. So to complete the entire squat movement, try practicing some of them with a bench or steps. Lower your body until your ass just touches the bench, and then come back up.
