Without keeping this too length I'm going to give you guys some reasons why you should invest into Ethereum and why majority of your portfolio is most stable in Ethereum.

Ethereum is a mineablecoin which on almost every exchange you can buy using dollars or bitcoin. It is a 2nd generation coin that was developed and put into circulation to avoid the problems that bitcoin may face. Ethereum intended to be able to transfer coins without the need of a third-party so people could transfer money reliably.
Ethereum is one of the only coins that always rises slowly, regardless of whether bitcoin is rising, crashing or holding still. Being able to buy and sell with coin with USD and other fiat currencies enables it to be unaffected even if bitcoin crashed to unimaginable lows. Ethereum's price is independent of bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies.
Looking at the market cap growth of this coin and the crypto space in general. It would not be surprising if Ethereum was worth 10,000 USD by the end of 2018. In fact I believe this target is very possible and will occur much sooner than you think.
Looking at the chart below over the course of over a year we can see that Ethereum is the most steadily rising coin with very few dips. It does not have no where near the volitality as bitcoin has and never dip low enough to panic the investors of this coin.
