The Binance hack was mainly an issue for the people who used the API as the Binance staff mentioned here on reddit

As of this moment, the only confirmed victims have registered API keys (to use with trading bots or otherwise). There is no evidence of the Binance platform being compromised.

Later their CEO Changpeng Zhao had announced that all affected trades were reversed and the outcome was negative for the hackers as in the end they lost funds instead of gaining them.
