I have not been paying close attention to Ethereum Classic lately as I originally saw it as a cling on by those yearning for originality and want. Yet now one must assume that it is at least worth another look?
Sitting 5th in the total capitalization table, Ethereum Classic is a remnant of past times, dimming valiantly into oblivion with every last push. 5th though is still 5th, 1.6 billion dollars is quite a sum but is it worth investing in Ethereum Classic?
Unfortunately I would have to say NO, Ethereum Classic is not worth a serious investment, a punt on the other hand could be a doer.
Before I make any bold statements I need to say that I am quite new to cryptocurrency... That said, Ethereum Classic no longer has a cult following which will hurt its popularity.
Yes, the shift has gone to Ethereum and those left with Ethereum Classic will likely look for an exit over the next year or so.
