i was split between neo or vechain when the dip started, but i ended up buying Vechain i like the roadmap and it will suffer a re branding soon, also they will give dividends in the form of Thor
I algo got some Enigma in my portfolio. Atm my portfolio is ETH;VEN;TRX;XLM;IOTA. My next buy is NEO, after neo i still need to do my research thinking about ELF; XRB; nvidea just backed up a coin called Cappasity, need to also check that Substatum one, soo many coins and not enough money to put in all of them xD

Just pick both! ;) biggest part of my portfolio is Vechain. Then Neo. checkout Substatum and Enigma aswell. Very good projects.
