This is one of unique ICO ideas i have seen lately and touches huge niches - advertising and VR gaming.
GazeCoin is a blockchain with patent-registered measure way of gaze control/eye tracking. Using their technology VR/AR advertising companies will be able to track views of ads, copyrights or even user rewards based on what they look at or do.
Founder of coin Jonny Peters built a proof-of-concept which was virtual world using Gaze Coin called Dream Channel VR. It was featured at the Cannes Film Festival 2017. GazeCoin token works there as a virtual world currency, demonstrating how users could move between worlds where the initial currency would be used.

So they already have functional product which can be used as a base of expansion. This is big difference verus other VR systems that have nothing, only promises.

I have also read they want to create on-the-fly way to exchange ERC20 Ethereum tokens between each other without need of ETH in the middle or using an exchange. This will make entrance into GazeCoin easier for everyone holding any tokens made on the technology. It will be called BTTS - BokkyPooBahsTokenTeleportationServiceSmartContract
They have also teamed up with GIZER - The Global Gaming Network Available on the App Store and Google Play.

I just posted an article on my observation and going to experiment with an ICO that's supposed to start up in December 5, 2017. They're just taking signups for now and giving away 1 NEOC for signing up, and I think 2 NEOC for a lead sign up bounty.
