Bitcoin isn’t just a dawn of a new technology or a currency; it’s a revolution. It has given rise to a secure means to decentralize industries, potentially mitigate the wealth gap, and empower everyday people. But many are beginning to wonder if this behemoth has reached its full potential and some have ever gone further to wonder if it has stretched beyond its potential.
Bitcoin has staunch growth in competition as other blockchains are starting to surface. Each one promises increased scalability, lower mining costs, and other features that people seem to recognize as key missing aspects of Bitcoin (the technology). The reality is that Bitcoin might indeed have reached its maximum potential; this is a reference to the technology, not in any way a speculative reference to the currency’s value reach.
But Bitcoin doesn’t have to remain within its current constraints. It has attracted a horde of innovative developers and many are pondering over a means to extend this technology to a new reach. While many teams continue to test solutions till one surfaces, Bitcoin might have found a supporter in an unlikely form: another blockchain. RSK is developing the first smart contract platform with a 2-way peg to Bitcoin. This means a new blockchain that can extend beyond Bitcoin’s technological limitations can actually become its partner in need to carry it forward to new heights.
- RSK can already support as many transactions per second as PayPal, which sets it far ahead of Bitcoin’s current tps limitations.

While it may seem paradoxical, a new blockchain is here to save Bitcoin. RSK has a TGE in August but it will likely be very difficult to get some RIF close to that date. Currently, private pools are the only way to get some. A vast portion of pools dived in too early and had to buy RSK when Bitcoin was worth more.
One pool is getting an RSK allocation of 200 BTC and this is possibly one of the last shots to get in. The upcoming deal has 2 perks:
- Current buyers will invest cheaper Bitcoin than previous investors
- The negotiated rate is expected to be 9.5k RSK per Bitcoin, which is better than any other negotiation so far.

bitcoin has a lot of development similar to what we saw around 2000 when Internet development began, nowadays it is being used by all the bitcoins and the blockchain will definitely be similar.
New blockchain launches are creating technological powerhouses. This is an open-source solution to carry Bitcoin to the racing track.
