CURRENTLY TESTNET ETHER ONLY

Hello friend!

Our unique Ethereum + web-based dice beta game brings the full experience of traditional dice games to Ethereum. Players can set their own odds; as low as 1% or as high as 98%. Our house edge is a low 1%. No sign-ups, no deposits.

To play, we recommend using the Mist browser. You can also play using Metamask to place bets (which we also love), but please note that for the moment there is a small front-end issue that we have raised with Metamask here and they are working on an update which looks to be rolled out this week. Nice work guys!

The 7 day countdown begins

We now have a security audited crowdfund and dice game ready to roll on Ethereum, and we are inviting you to bet on the house!

Fuel the crowdfund with Ether during our token creation phase, and you become the proud owner of ÐICE tokens that grant you special rights and privileges within the platform. Tokens grant you the rights to call special functionality within the Dapp, including, but not limited to; drawing down any profit your ether generates every 12 weeks (your ether plays with the house-edge to its advantage 24/7), and the right to vote on house proposals (new games/features/house edge).

During the token creation phase, when our crowdfund address receives Ether, ÐICE (ROL) tokens are sent directly to the sender.

Each ÐICE token grants its owner the following rights and has the following characteristics:

Direct earnings - Token holders as a collective are eligible to claim 100% of any Ether generated by the house every 12 weeks, proportional to the number of tokens they hold.

Tradeable - The ÐICE token will be tradeable on popular exchanges (after an initial locking period of 11 weeks post crowdfund)

Voting rights - Tokens enable holders to vote on proposals. For example, lowering or raising the house edge, or, adding a new game to the suite.

Important Details:

  • Start Date: 10:00 UTC February 13th 2017
  • Duration: 14 days.
  • Conversion schedule:
  • Week 1: 1 Ether : 200 ÐICE
  • Week 2: 1 Ether : 100 ÐICE
  • # of tokens available: 25,000,000
  • Live game launch: March 2017

Note: The founding team is pre-allocated 10%. Any tokens that may remain unsold after the token creation phase will be destroyed to rule out any possibility of dilution. There will never be another mintage of ÐICE tokens.

Pre-register your interest today at crowdfund.etheroll.com.

Use of funds
80% of the Ether raised during the crowdfund will go directly to the house bankroll to process and payout winning bets.

20% of Ether created during the crowdfund will go directly to Etheroll for continued development of the ecosystem.

Rewards
Token holders as a collective are eligible for 100% of any Ether the house generates on a recurring 12 week cycle. Rewards available to each token holder are proportional to the amount of tokens they hold. For example, if one owned 10% of all tokens, one would be eligible for 10% of any rewards available at the end of each 12 week cycle, in perpetuity.

Ropsten testnet block times are considerably slower than main-net, sometimes taking up to 1 minute for each block. Our bets are processed in ~3 blocks. We are restricted by block times, however, as Ethereum moves towards PoS block times will come down to <3 seconds, making bet processing times much faster.

Please note, our game is still only in beta. We are ironing out some kinks on Ropsten testnet, so expect there to be some minor front-end issues. We do expect the platform to be a little unstable with this beta release.

Sort:

On the bet slip I would flip the wager and payout sections so that it reads "Wager: # for a payout of #" just to make it easier to read and to not confuse people.

Hi thenakedgod,

Thanks for the feedback, I like your suggestion and I will make this update.

Kind regards,
Etheroll

Good points in this article. I was about to post a similair thread. I found that running a business depends on having enough money to run the business but definitely not to much. We give this icos to much money so they are less intended to do an amazing job, they don't have to work to become a profitable business because in their eyes they are already. This is quite an interesting website I found: https://www.coincheckup.com An amazing crypto research site. They researched every single crypto out there. This is truly great.
