The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance is now the world's largest open-source blockchain initiative.

Mastercard
This brings total membership in the Alliance to over 150 organizations added since the group’s launch in February of this year.
Some of EEA’s newest members include a variety of different business sectors, including technology, banking, government, healthcare, energy, pharmaceuticals, marketing, and insurance, as well as a number of fast-growing Ethereum startups.
As the benefits of combining Ethereum blockchain initiatives with existing enterprise businesses become more and more clear, I see an increase in not only widespread adoption of this Alliance, but also an increasing adoption by the mainstream investing public.
The credibility of being associated with companies like Cisco, Mastercard or Scotiabank is so powerful as each of these entities comes with its own user base and audience.
Not to mention the new and heightened discussions about Ethereum that are coming to the financial news channels, which will generate even more investor interest.
The future does indeed look bright for Ethereum and for anyone holding / hodling it!
