So the difference is they basically work a little better with banks? And if banks fail then that wouldn't really matter then, correct?
Monaco doesn't have an actual agreement with Visa yet, its conceptual from my understanding.
Interesting concept. Will wait until it's in full release on either of these cards to see how they fare.
