BBT Multi-Miner is a collection of the worlds best miners and currently mined GPU coins in a single package, pre configured. You download, you edit the .bat file in the root of the folder with "Notepad++" and insert your information at the top (various wallet payout addresses, basic pool information at top), save the file in Notepad++, launch and go! Below is a capture of the various algo's and pools pre-configured.

There are NO hidden fees or Additional Fees included with using this, if you see a fee, its built into the mining software (i.e. Claymore kicks on a dev mining fee as part of his creation of the miner, we leave all of those enabled, you can make the choice to disable and edit the .bat appropriately)

There is an issue with #50 (Signatum - AMD Only).
I am running the nVidia version on my nVidia rig just fine, but on the AMD rig (RX580's) running the SGminer (AMD) version, it only sees the onboard Intel Graphics GPU, and pegs the CPU. It doesn't use the AMD cards???
I ended up having to add: --gpu-platform 1
to the command line in the .bat file for the AMD version.

I'm have issues with getting 35 to run - even running it stock with BBT setting its throwing an error

I had a similar issue with all dual mining options as I am mining behind a WiFi router. I was getting errors:
{Socket was closed remotely (by pool)
DCR: Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec... }
To identify the issue with your router/firewall settings install any free VPN client on your rig and connect to country closed to the pool location. And that was a solution for me.
