imho, you can't really guess correctly because there are many factors to calculate(bitcoin hard fork, ICOs...etc). but there is a down trend now and ICOs are plaguing the ether prices.

Do you think Ethereum should have a filtering process to eliminate competing ICOs such as Tezos and EOS from doing ICOs?
