I don't know what will be the result for the europeans (including myself) and the rest of the world, but let's hope it'll bring us positive effects !
The last law that touched Youtube creators channels was very harsh, a lot of their video got dismonetized, DTube can make this change, but when Google is in the place ... Fingers crossed ;-)

As Sorin said in the comment to this article, EU really cares about its citizens and I am sure that this legal forum is the only one in the entire world to be able to really find a law form that will bring the power a little bit closer to the content producers.
