100 gr Ayam Cincang
2 bh Wortel potong dadu kecil
Seledri
Bawang Bombay cincang halus
Baput cincang halus
Lada bubuk
Garam
Mentega untuk menumis
Bahan Pelapis
2 btr Putih Telur
Tepung Roti
Minyak Goreng
Cara Membuat
1.Kukus kentang dan haluskan selagi panas
2.Masukan susu bubuk, lada garam, kuning telur aduk rata
3.Untuk isian tumis bumbu hingga harum,masukan ayam cincang kemudian wortel tumis hingga empuk masukan seledri tambahkan garam dan lada bubuk,tes Rasa, dinginkan
4.Pipihkan kentang yang telah dihaluskan isi dengan rogaut bentuk sesuai selera
5.Kocok lepas putih telur, celupkan bola-bola kroket kedalam telur dan kemudian balurkan dengan tepung roti
6.Masukan kedalam kulkas 30-60 menit supaya tepung roti menempel
7.Goreng hingga kuning keemasan
